At Stanley & Cooper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return process is designed to be simple and transparent.

1. Return Window & Conditions

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. These include:

  • Undergarments, bodysuits, or intimate apparel.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our support team at sales@stanleyandcooper.com with your order number and reason for return. If an item is defective or damaged, please include a photo.

Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and the correct warehouse shipping address. Please do not send items back to us without requesting a return first, or they will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Preference (Wrong size, changed mind): You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Our Error (Defective, damaged, or incorrect item): We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item so we can make it right.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the piece you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Your item must meet the same condition requirements listed above (unused, with tags and original packaging).
