Shipping policy

At Stanley & Cooper, our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. This policy applies to domestic (United States), Puerto Rico, and international orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as swiftly as possible.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for our warehouse team to carefully prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.

  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note: Delays may occasionally occur during peak holiday seasons or due to incomplete address verification. If there is an issue with your order, our team will proactively contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Shipping charges are calculated as flat rates based on your delivery destination. Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Complimentary Free Shipping

Stanley & Cooper proudly offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 or more. This benefit applies automatically at checkout to all delivery destinations, including domestic, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

4. International Taxes, Duties & Customs

Please be aware that placing an order does not cover any potential customs taxes, import duties, or carrier brokerage fees charged by your local government or customs office. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important: Stanley & Cooper cannot be held accountable for any delivery delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of releasing your package rests solely with local customs authorities.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the courier’s system to update the tracking information.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We process orders rapidly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to assist you; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is sent to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, the order cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a standard return upon delivery.

7. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • Change of Address: If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us because an incomplete or incorrect address was provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to reship the item.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph of the damage so we can swiftly initiate a replacement or resolution.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the courier directly to trace the shipment. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team immediately for assistance.
